The Fort Polk Barracks and Central Energy Plants Project was completed as a joint venture by Gallo/Fitzgerald. Work included retrofitting 4 central plants and the distribution of 22 miles of underground heating hot water and chill water piping. This piping extended from the central plants to a total of 16 barracks.
