The sPark Life Sciences Campus is a multi-phase 110-acre development located in Morrisville, NC that is centered around the Life Sciences Industry. The first phase of this project consists of one 155,000 SF Office/R&D Building, two Biomanufacturing buildings (162k SF & 210k SF) and a multi-level Parking Deck. Gallo Mechanical was selected as the Mechanical Design-Build contractor to deliver a fully engineered and constructable Mechanical & HVAC system.
