Building Family Ties at Gallo Mechanical August 15, 2019

Gallo Mechanical is a 75-year-old locally grown family operation, built on its commitment to family, service and performance. Over its nearly eight decades, Gallo’s focus has remained singular: reinvesting in the community and its people, financially and through programs. According to JP Hymel, Gallo’s President, “While we have grown significantly over the years, our focus has remained the same – our clients, our people, and the community we serve.”

Gallo is unique among its competitors primarily due to its dedication to community-based partnerships. The company doesn’t believe in insular investments; they foster partnerships made to create career pathways for opportunity youth and long-term employee engagement.  Gallo decided to partner with EdNavigator – to provide educational support and guidance – for its employees across their geographic footprint.  “We know that finding the educational resources and navigating educational/learning challenges with kids is often daunting and overwhelming.  By partnering with EdNavigator we are providing additional support that matters to our people – because they matter to us”  Maria Pote – Gallo Mechanical Director of Special Projects.
