Gallo Mechanical has full-service fabrication facilities located in Hammond, Louisiana, New Orleans, Louisiana, and Durham, North Carolina. Our fab shops feature over 70,000 square feet and are capable of fabricating everything from individual pipe and sheet metal fabrication to modular building solutions.
Our Capabilities
Gallo Mechanical’s fabrication facilities are capable of pre-fabricating HVAC pipe, plumbing pipe, ductwork, mechanical supports, and anything else needed to streamline a project’s timeline. Our shop has state-of-the-art equipment and tooling for cutting and joining any and all piping, including steel, cast iron, copper, PVC and Aquatherm.
BIM plays an important role in fabrication as it provides accurate models of plans. From the models, we can spool and assemble pipe and fittings before it arrives on site, decreasing installation time and site storage.
