Gallo Mechanical was responsible for engineering and installing 39 air-handling units to serve the building, along with the complete replacement of the plumbing system with cast iron pipe and fittings.
The project consisted of three packages:
Package One: Floors 1–5
Included the Lobby, Meeting Rooms, Ball Rooms, Administration, Kitchen, Public Restrooms, Laundry, Restaurants, Bars, Central Plant and HVAC Equipment
Package Two: 6–29
Included 1,200 Guest Rooms on floors 6–26 and Bar, Exercise Gym and HVAC Equipment Rooms on floors 27–29
Package Three: Exhibition Hall
Included Chill/Heating Water system with Fan Coil Units in each Guess Room.
