Relocation Reflects Unprecedented Growth in the Region and Consolidates Logistics Operations in Acadiana

Gallo Mechanical, LLC, a leading mechanical contractor serving the southern United States, today announced the grand opening of a new, greatly enlarged 30,000sf logistics facility in Broussard whose scale will serve the company’s entire operational footprint.

Development of the sizeable and spacious logistics facility will meet the 81-year-old company’s need for a large, centralized logistics location to keep pace with the company’s record growth from Dallas to Norfolk, VA.

“As our operating footprint throughout the South has expanded substantially in recent years, we saw the need for a centralized logistics resource and investment in the Acadiana area to serve efficiently our construction and service group projects everywhere,” commented Gallo President, J.P. Hymel.

Hymel said the Broussard site will provide increased space for a growing number of local office staff, project equipment — and even the location for Gallo University, the company’s hands-on mechanical training and safety courses for all employees.

“We just know this location will help us to better serve our mission-critical projects throughout our southern US footprint,” Hymel added, “including hospitals, data centers, and industrial facilities — sectors where logistics reliability and technical precision are paramount for project success.
